Structure of the firm

Strutt & Parker is a limited liability partnership (LLP) and is wholly owned by its 55 equity partners who run and own a share in the business. As a partnership, we have no shareholders to satisfy, only our clients. We believe that this structure - of the firm and its management - is fundamental to our belief in partnerships and creativity.

We employ over 800 staff across our network of offices.

The strategic direction of the business is managed by the board of partners, with representation from across the firm's disciplines and supported by two non-executive directors. The board sets out the objectives of the firm for the medium and long term. The board is headed by our Senior Partner, Andy Martin.

Internally the firm operates across two business units. The London Business Unit comprises ten offices providing residential sales and lettings, and commercial agency, investment and professional services. The Regional Business Unit comprises 40 offices in England and Scotland specialising in residential sales and lettings, land management, farming, planning, development, sporting and building surveying. Across all sectors of our business, we have experts who can undertake professional valuation, compulsory purchase, renewable energy and expert witness work.

And, of course, the business would not be complete without the support of its experts in marketing, finance, IT, HR and operations.
