Strutt & Parker today announced the acquisition of Edwards & Elliott, a Surrey and Berkshire-based residential estate agency. Edwards & Elliott has three offices in Ascot, Sunningdale and Windlesham, with 20 staff offering sales and lettings services as well as a new homes department.

The addition of the three new offices to Strutt & Parker’s network will take its number of residential estate agency teams throughout the UK to 43, enhancing their presence in Berkshire and Surrey.  Strutt & Parker has an established network of offices in the area with teams located in Odiham, Newbury, Pangbourne, Guildford, Farnham and Haslemere.

In July 2015 Strutt & Parker acquired estate agency Roberts Newby, a Buckinghamshire-based practice with offices in Gerrards Cross and Chalfont St Giles. The acquisition of Edwards & Elliot and Roberts Newby represents part of Strutt & Parker’s expansion strategy for its residential estate agency business.
