Kate has over 17 years of experience in residential lettings and joins from Hamptons International where she was Regional Director, managing 13 offices across central and south west London.

During her ten years at Hamptons, Kate was instrumental in running its lettings business, doubling revenue and tripling profitability during that time, whilst leading growth in its network through the opening of multiple new offices and acquisitions.

Kate’s experience and proven track record make her ideally placed to expand our lettings offering at a national level.”

Kate’s customer service credentials are impeccable having begun career in the retail sector on the graduate training scheme at Harrods. She moved into property in 1999 and cut her teeth at Foxtons before moving to Chestertons in Kensington, working with clients including the Phillimore and Grosvenor Estates. Kate rose through the ranks and became the youngest area director in Chestertons’ history overseeing a number of branches in central London before joining Hamptons in 2006.
