Particularly noted for its brokerage capabilities, the team works with institutions, REITs, private and overseas investors on sales and acquisitions. The team is also noted for its integrated development consultancy and funding service to clients.

Our specialist leasing team has a proven track record in delivering asset growth across the shopping centre market in the UK and is currently instructed on the leasing of 18 major shopping centre developments totalling over 7 million sq ft.
