Operating from our London Head Office and eight regional offices, the development team works across the UK, including Central London.

We specialise in the sale and acquisition of residential development sites, acting for private and public landowners, as well as housebuilders, developers and investors.

We deal with any residential property development opportunities, from small sites in rural areas to high-rise apartment blocks in Central London.

The team meets regularly to talk through any issues affecting our clients' development interests and how we should advise them in each individual case. The value of partnerships is ingrained in every member of Strutt & Parker and so there is a high degree of co-operation between our teams, which means that clients' portfolios are dealt with easily and with a minimum of fuss.

We are genuine specialists. Property development work is not something we fit in around other areas of work - we concentrate on our market so we can provide the most up-to-date and clear-cut advice to our clients.
