Land Securities, advised by Strutt & Parker and Atisreal, has let the fourth floor of 130 Wood Street, London, EC2, to Louis Capital Markets. The equity and commodity research service company has taken 8,688 sq ft of office space on the fourth floor, on a 10 year lease, at a rent of £41.50 per sq ft.
