Details of the deals are as follows:

• Omega Fund Management has taken the 4th floor which totals 1,061 sq ft on a 5 year lease, at a rent of £37.00 per sq ft. King Sturge advised Omega.

• Farema Capital Services Limited has taken the 2nd floor which totals 920 sq ft on a 5 year lease, at a rent of £42.50 per sq ft. GVA Saxon Law advised Farema Capital Services Limited.
