YRM, advised by Strutt & Parker, has sold the virtual freehold interest in a sale and lease back agreement of 32 York Way, London N1, to LaSalle Investment Management for £6.6 million, reflecting a net initial yield of 4.65%.
The 9,684 sq ft office building has been leased back to the architectural firm at a rent of £325,000 per annum, equating to £33.56 per sq ft overall, on a lease expiring in 2025.
