ING, advised by Strutt & Parker, has sold the freehold interest of 3 The Boulevard in Watford, Hertfordshire to Action for Children for £6.775m. The children’s charity has purchased the 43,616 sq ft office building for its new headquarters.

3 The Boulevard was comprehensively refurbished in 2007 to provide modern open plan floors and is arranged over ground and first floors. The office building benefits from excellent transport links to central London and all London airports.
