Royal London Asset Management, advised by Strutt & Parker, has pre let the whole of Beech House, Whitebrook Park, Cookham, Berkshire, to St Regis. The company has taken the 10,900 sq ft office building, on a ten year lease, at a rent of £25 per sq ft. The property is currently undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment and will be ready for occupation in January 2008.
