Riddell TPS welcomes two new tenants to Central House, Hounslow
22 February 2010
Sector:
National Markets - Office Agency - Press release

Acting on behalf of Alderley Five Ltd, Riddell TPS, advised by Altus Edwin Hill & Strutt & Parker, has recently let 5,730 sqft at Central House, Hounslow, to Keyline Brands. The brand owner and marketer has taken part of the second floor on a 10 year lease, at a rent of £18.50 per sqft.

TLE Training has also acquired an office suite on a 5 year lease at £19.00 per sqft to run as a training centre. Both new tenants were attracted by the good quality accommodation close to the town centre of Hounslow with excellent tube links which Central House provides.

These two new lettings follow the new leases last year to Pernod Ricard UK and Sri Lankan Airlines and in total represent over 40,000 sqft of space let.

Located prominently on Lampton Road, Central House is a high quality office building configured in two blocks in the heart of Hounslow town centre. The Balfour Block provides 22,607 sqft of recently refurbished modern accommodation of which 16,877 sqft now remains. This can be let either as a whole or in two suites of approx 8,000 sqft.

Jeremy Rodale of Strutt & Parker’s National Markets – Office Agency team, comments:

“Central House provides a high standard of office accommodation catering for the needs of the modern occupier. Located within two minutes walk of Hounslow Central Underground station with an excellent ratio of secure, on site car parking and the amenities of Hounslow town centre, the office is appealing to both local businesses and those looking to relocate outside of Central London without losing the fast connections to Central London.”

Keyline Brands and TLE Training were unrepresented.
