Acting for Volume Developments and PPG Southern, Strutt & Parker advised on the acquisition of a development site at Kingston, Milton Keynes. Our clients subsequently developed a leasehold scheme of 12 units totalling 81,000 sq ft.

Strutt & Parker advised on the disposal to Antalis of unit 3, Imperial Park Watford. The 22,300 sq ft building comprises a new "HQ" style warehouse facility and is located off Imperial Way Watford.
