3.2 acres (1.3 hectares) sold to David Lloyd Leisure. The 5,500 sq m (59,202 sq ft) development comprises many facilities including a 25 m swimming pool, a suana, steam room, spa, fitness & dance studio.

Sold to Greenalls. The 8,361 sq m (90,000 sq ft) development Trading as De Vere's Village Leisure Hotel has a restaurant, bars, conference and leisure facilities for park occupiers or visitors
