LaSalle Investment Management on behalf of LaSalle UK Ventures Property 2 SARL, advised by Strutt & Parker, has purchased the freehold and funding of the comprehensive refurbishment of Concorde Park, Norreys Drive, Maidenhead, from Kenmore for £15.25 million.

The park consists of four two storey high tech buildings and is currently unoccupied. Planning has been received for the extensive refurbishment of the buildings and once completed will provide a total of 69,300 sq ft of Grade A office space. LaSalle Investment Management has entered into a Development Management Agreement with Kenmore who will oversee the refurbishment.
