ProLogis, advised by Strutt & Parker, has assigned 1,029 sq ft and sub-let 1,210 sq ft of office space to two separate tenants at 21 Cork Street, London, W1 and Bond Street House, 13-14 Clifford Street, London, W1.
Details of the lease assignments are as follows:
• Project Kensington (UK) LLP has taken an assignment on 1,029 sq ft of office accommodation at 21 Cork Street, London, W1. The Hedge Fund has taken the space on the second floor at a passing rent of £62.50 per sq ft on a sublease which expires in March 2011. Goldman Sachs advised Project Kensington (UK) LLP.
• Penanga has subleased 1,210 sq ft of office accommodation at Bond Street House, 13-14 Clifford Street, London, W1. The Hedge Fund has taken part of the third floor on a five year sublease at a rent of £115,000 per annum equating to £88 per sq ft. Simon Carruthers advised Penanga.
