Legal & General, advised by Strutt & Parker and Knight Frank, has let 12,881 sq ft of office space over two floors at Delta, The Crescent, Southwood Business Park, Farnborough, Hampshire, to two tenants. The lettings occurred shortly after the building completed a comprehensive refurbishment and justified Legal & General’s decision to progress with the refurbishment when it did.

Details of the lettings are as follows:

• Toshiba Electronics Europe GmbH Dusseldorf has taken the first floor totalling 8,185 sq ft, on a five year lease, at a rent of £143,238 per annum (£17.50 per sq ft).

• Toshiba Information Systems (UK) Ltd has taken 4,696 sq ft on the ground floor, on a five year lease, at a rent of £70,440 per annum (£15.00 per sq ft).
