Strutt & Parker excels in managing, looking after and developing family estates. It was the start point for the firm back in 1885 and the background and skill of our two founding partners. It was, and still is, very much at the core of what we do.
We act for over 600 retained clients within the UK. These cover 450 rural estates of differing sizes and complexity extending to over 500,000 hectares with a total rent roll of £15,000,000.
Whilst we are now applying Strutt & Parkers’ expertise in a more corporate arena, the firm’s reputation has been built on our ability to do this for generations of families. We have been entrusted to manage numerous family businesses and pass on to the next generation, a healthy and successful family estate.
We have been working with some families for over a 100 years- since we started- a testament to the fact that we do put their best interests first, offer a very personal service which is backed up by skill, expertise and resources in every area that may be relevant to managing their most precious assets.
Times have changed and so have we. Strutt & Parker is now a multidisciplinary practice, we have invested in relevant, related disciplines and new businesses; e.g. farms and estate sales, development land, valuation expertise, planning etc.
This way we can deliver all the general and complex and strategic needs of the estates we look after, offering services and professional support in all aspects of property and land.
