Europa, advised by Strutt & Parker, has taken the second and third floors of Granville House, 132 Sloane Street, London, SW1, from Cadogan. The real estate investment management company has taken a total of 7,632 sq ft of office accommodation on a lease expiring in July 2015, at a rent of £30 per sq ft on the second and £41.00 per sq ft on the third floor. The terms include a 9 month rent free period, tenant break in December 2011 and a rolling mutual break after December 2012.
