Kenmore Property Group, advised by Strutt & Parker and Atkinson Richards, has let 43,000 sq ft at Greenwell, Bartley Wood Business Park, Hook, Hampshire, to BMW Financial Services (GB) Limited. The tenant, who currently occupies another building at the business park, has agreed to a ten year lease at a rent of £19.85 per sq ft.

The successful letting to BMW came within two months of the completion of refurbishment of Greenwell. Only the second floor consisting of 17,002 sq ft of office accommodation remains available.

BMW Financial Service (GB) Limited was represented by Vail Williams.
