The document imaging company has taken Unit 3, totalling 12,059 sq ft of industrial space, on a 10 year lease, at a rent of £87,500 per annum exclusive reflecting £7.25 per sq ft Gross External Area
The 138,000 sq ft new warehouse development, which reached practical completion in December 2007, comprises 9 units ranging from 5,918 sq ft to 60,335 sq ft. The scheme is situated approximately one mile north of central Milton Keynes and 2.5 miles west of J14 of the M1 motorway.
