Morley, advised by Strutt & Parker and Cushman & Wakefield, has agreed two new deals at Kings Walk Shopping Centre, Gloucester:

Details of the lettings are as follows:

• The unisex fashion retailer Animal has taken Unit 18, totalling 2,150 sq ft, on a new 10 year lease, at a rent of £100,000 per annum. Larkman Edgecumbe advised Animal.

• The computer and video game retailer CEX Ltd has taken Units 34-38 Kings Walk, totalling 5,327 sq ft, on a new 10 year lease, at a rent of £110,000 per annum. Johnson Fellows advised CEX Ltd.

Kings Walk is part of Gloucester’s main retail area, with major tenants including HMV, River Island, Primark, WHSmith, Bhs and Superdrug.
