Strutt & Parker, an independent partnership, was founded in 1885 and employs over 900 staff operating from 51 offices throughout the UK. It provides agency, management and professional advice across the residential, agricultural and commercial property market.

The Leisure & Hotels Department handles sales, acquisitions, valuation, development appraisals, rent reviews and provides other professional services across a wide spectrum of the leisure and entertainment property, including health and fitness clubs, golf courses, hotels, marinas, holiday centres, caravan parks, timeshare developments and visitor attractions.

Strutt & Parker's objective is to continue to develop its leisure and hotel department to become one of the top three leading firms in this sector.

2. The Opportunity

A Chartered Surveyor, with at least 2 years PQE, is now required to fill a key role in the growth of the department, working out of the Salisbury office (or if suitably experienced our London office) on a range of major leisure property sales, acquisitions, valuations and development projects throughout the UK for high level clients.

The work will cover a wide range of leisure property including hotels, golf courses, marinas, health and fitness clubs, holiday centres, caravan parks etc.

The successful candidate will have broad property knowledge, ideally including relevant leisure property experience from either an agency or professional background, and be able to operate to the highest professional standards.
