Our objective for our Landlords is to maximise their investment return by letting to good quality corporate and private tenants, many of whom we have dealt with before.
All our clients are carefully advised on how their properties should be presented and we will bring in specialist teams if required to help make this process as easy as possible. The result is often that our client’s properties are not available for long.
Many of our properties are also managed by our Central London Management team who also help to ensure that the whole process from beginning to end is as problem free as possible.
Constant communication and feedback is one of our founding principles and is of course an essential ingredient of any good service business. Our intensive care approach also extends to our tennants who we work closely with to ensure that the right property is found as effectively as possible
