November again saw the sales market continue confidently, with over twice the number of sales agreed than in November 08. In common with every month since March 09, buyers have competed for the best flats and houses, many being agreed following competing offers.

Despite wildly general press speculation to the contrary, the quantity of available houses and flats for sale has been at a reasonable level, with demand being met by a near equal level of supply.
