Building on Strutt & Parker¡¦s strong reputation for high quality advice and investment and development skills within all real estate sectors, and Jasper Capital¡¦s corporate finance and management consultancy skills and extensive experience in the region, the joint venture creates a unique working relationship targeting the evolving real estate markets in the GCC.

The Strutt & Parker team has been travelling to the GCC for over 7 years and have had considerable success on advising on investment into the UK and were responsible for setting up the largest Shariah compliant commercial fund in the UK for Kuwait Finance House. To further strengthen existing relationships and nurture new ones, Strutt & Parker Middle East is currently in the process of establishing two offices, one in Abu Dhabi and the other in Dubai, which provide not only a strong platform to service the UAE but also the whole of the GCC.
