Highcross, advised by Strutt & Parker, has purchased the freehold interest of the former SodaStream manufacturing plant at Morley Way, Woodston, Peterborough, from Invista, for £5.1 million.

The building comprises a single storey industrial warehouse with two storey ancillary offices totalling 12,863 sq m (138,462 sq ft). The first floor and part ground floor office accommodation is let to Coca Cola Enterprises Ltd on a new ten year lease with the entire industrial accommodation currently vacant.

Highcross will refurbish the industrial accommodation and subdivide it to provide smaller industrial units with yards to suit market demand. The vacant offices will be refurbished and can let separately or together with one or more of the industrial units.
