The Shop Agents Society has elected Strutt & Parker Partner, Rob Williams as the chairman of the organisation, which includes 800 high street and shopping centre retail agents.

A further three new members have also been elected to the society:

• Charlie Palmer, Knight Frank

• Hayley Gisborne, Lunson Mitchenall

• Leo Duggan, Jones Lang LaSalle

The Shop Agents Society is an organisation comprising of practicing shop agents from commercial practices all over the UK, and was formed to provide the prospect for their members to share information and to construct valuable connections within the industry. The society is able to provide a voice for the retail property industry, and currently organise numerous charitable events throughout the year, including their Christmas dinner, which last year managed to raise over £20,000.
