In the interest of conservation, tenants are limited to taking 2 salmon or grilse per week. All other fish should be returned. In addition, in September and October all hen fish and red cock fish should be returned.
In addition to the fishing, Waterside is conveniently located to allow visitors to explore the unspoilt coastline of the Moray Firth, discover the Whisky and Castle trail, or to hill walk, play golf and bird watch.

The accommodation for six people comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room with an open fire and a spacious modern kitchen/ dining room. The cottage is centrally heated throughout. It has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and payphone. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
No children under 6 years old or pets.


The fishing, which is for two rods, consists of 2 miles of continuous fishing being 1.25 miles of both banks with 9 good pools, including the notable “Mill Pool” and 2 smaller pools. In addition, there is 0.75 miles of single Bank with 3 Additional Pools. Fishing is by fly only. A good grilse run occurs from July onwards. Brown Trout offer exciting and challenging sport, especially on a dry fly.
