The fashion clothing company has taken the 82,909 sq ft distribution unit on a 10 year lease, at a rent of £331,636 per annum, which equates to £4.00 per sq ft.

Larkfield Mill comprises 320,000 sq ft of good quality warehousing set in 17.7 acres. The site is located conveniently near junction 4 of the M20 with good access to Ashford International and Central London.
