Morley Fund Management lets more space at V3 Basingstoke

Morley Fund Management, advised by Strutt & Parker, Vail Williams and CBRE, has let 7,162 sq ft of office accommodation at V3, Basingstoke to Imtech Telecom UK Ltd. The telecoms company has taken part of the first floor on a 10 year lease at a rent of £16.50 per sq ft.

This is the second letting at V3 and there is currently 40,000 sq ft of office space remaining at a quoting rent of £17.50 per sq ft. This is the second telecoms company to acquire accommodation at V3 as Huawei previously took 24,832 sq ft on the second floor.

V3 forms part of Morley Fund Management’s Thames Valley Direct office portfolio. Thames Valley Direct is a unique portfolio consisting of 250,000 sq ft in six high quality office buildings across the Thames Valley region. Strutt & Parker is the lead agent advising Morley Fund Management and to date over 130,000 sq ft has been let.
