DTZ Investment Management, advised by Strutt & Parker, has sold the freehold interest of Wade Street, Halifax, to Cranford Developments, for £7.2 million, reflecting an equivalent yield of 5.6%.

The 47,274 sq ft retail warehouse scheme is made up of two units and is fully let to two tenants, Wickes and Grahams, for a further five years. The property generates a rental income of £375,000 per annum.
