Standard Life Investments, advised by Strutt & Parker, has let the ground and lower ground floors of 105 Wigmore Street, London, W1, to Fiat Auto (UK) Ltd who will be using their new central London flagship showroom to launch the new Fiat 500 which has just won the *2008 Car of the Year Award.
The Italian car company has taken the 10,110 sq ft car showroom, on a 20 year lease at a rent of £510,000 pax.
105 Wigmore Street was originally developed in 2002 by Heron Property Corporation and was purchased by the Standard Life Investments Pooled Property Pension Fund in March 2006. Ericsson and DEPFA Bank are among the office space tenants.
