What our clients have to say:

A very professional, friendly and humorous team making my sale a stress free experience, thank you.
Whoever said that the buying and selling of property is one of the most stressful things you go through in life was not wrong. To do it successfully and with as little trauma as possible, you need a lot of patience, a fair bit of luck and, above all else, an Estate Agent that understands the market, knows what you are out to achieve and then ultimately, gets you to where you want to be. We chose Strutt & Parker to do that for us and have not been disappointed. Excellent!....and we never thought we would be saying that about an Estate Agent!
There is an old adage 'Don't tell me, tell my boss!' Against that backdrop, we recently sold a property through your Chelmsford office. From the initial meeting to discuss market conditions and the best marketing strategy to adopt through to the final sale the whole team were thoroughly professional, knowledgeable as to the state of play re the various bids on the table and equally as important extremely pleasant to deal with. This is simply the most seamless transaction we have been involved in.
