What are your key areas of responsibility at Strutt & Parker?
Richard is an experienced estate agent and valuer who has benefitted from nearly 30 years of in the Head Office handling the sale, purchase and valuation of high quality Country Houses, Farms and Estates throughout England.  Now based in the East Midlands, Richard continues to advice high net worth individuals on these properties, as well as spending more time on professional advice for families, trusts and offshore companies, including Bank Valuations and Expert Witness work.  He is well connected in the region as a result of being the High Sheriff in 2012-13, and has first-hand experience of a diversified rural estate on his own family property in Leicestershire.   

What’s the best thing about your job?
Property has always fascinated me and the diversity of clients and their portfolios is never going to dull my excitement in the next challenge that might confront me.
