A delightful village house with fabulous accommodation and a stunning garden

The Vale is a stunning village house set in beautiful gardens that have been carefully designed creating a very special environment, and feeling of seclusion and privacy. Both the house and gardens have been beautifully maintained and the property as a whole is presented in first class order. The house has been stylishly decorated and is full of natural light, and the excellent layout of rooms provides wonderful family living space as well as a fantastic entertaining area. The accommodation is elegant and well-proportioned and the ground floor reception rooms centre round a charming reception/dining hall with an impressive sweeping staircase. There is a large and lightfilled kitchen/breakfast room with bespoke painted cabinetry and a 4-door Aga, and french doors opening out to the terrace. Adjoining the kitchen is a delightful garden room/family room, again full of light with full length windows and views across the garden. The charming drawing room has an open fireplace with attractive stone mantlepiece, and looks out over the garden. There is also a study/office, and utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs on the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom suite, and three further bedrooms, one en suite bathroom and a family shower room.
