Situation 
Everton is situated in a sheltered location to the east of the hill 
of Tillymorgan and is centrally located between the local towns 
of Turriff, Huntly, Inverurie and Insch. 
The nearest town is Insch, 7 miles, the local economy is 
generally dominated by agriculture. The nearest village is 
Fisherford which provides primary schooling, whereas

Outline planning permission was granted on 7 April 2009 to

Detailed drawings have been prepared Ref C941/1A,1A2,L2 by 
Norman Lawie Ltd architectural design of the siting and 
elevations but not internal layout. 
This proposed house is located slightly to the south east of the 
existing house footprint. It is to be of a one and a half storey 
design, with a slate roof. 
Application for approval of reserved matters must be made 
within 3 years of the date of approval being granted. 
The proposed house will probably comprise of kitchen, 
reception room, 3 bedrooms and bathroom. 
The indicative plans also show a garage and site extending to 
about 0.50 acres

refurbishment and there are a number of hazards at the
