The site totals 6.98 acres and currently includes an existing warehouse of 191,724 sq ft which is to be demolished.

We advised on the design and size of units we believe the market requires and a proposed scheme for development which will comprise 143,000 sq ft in 7 units ranging from 10,000 - 52,000 sq ft. Our role was then to identify and agree terms with a funding partner for the speculative development of the industrial scheme. We believe this will be the first speculatively developed industrial estate of the next development cycle.

In addition to advising on the funding, we are the retained letting agents and anticipate selling the investment when fully let.
