The site was developed in 1990 and let to Oracle for a training centre. The original lease to Oracle was due to expire three years from the date of purchase and Strutt & Parker advised on a simultaneous surrender and purchase of the site with vacant possession.

The site extends to 10 acres of parkland grounds with feature lake with an existing building of approximately 22,000 sq ft. Following the purchase, Strutt & Parker helped advise on the development consultancy to provide a new 45,000 sq ft net office building and achieve planning within the extensive grounds. The site credentials are exceptional and a pre-letting campaign is underway.
