Open house

Saturday 17th March 2012

Our last National Open House Day was a great success. More than 800 houses opened their doors and we received in excess of £50 million worth of offers from buyers who came to view on the day.

Inspired by this, we will be holding another national event, taking place in England, Wales and Scotland on Saturday 17th March from 10.30am to 3pm. Visit the website in the coming weeks to view the properties taking part, or register now as a seller to take part.

How does it work?

Sellers

• Register with your local office
• After the event, we'll follow up with everyone who's viewed your house to get feedback, and hopefully, receive an offer.

Buyers

• Register with your local office
• Search for properties participating in the event, and print out a personal list of the properties you're interested in
• We will contact you to let you know of any special arrangements or limited visiting hours applying to your property lists
• After the event, we'll follow up with you to find out what you thought of the properties you saw. Who knows, you might want to make an offer...
