Open House Day

The Strutt & Parker Open House Day provides buyers with a unique opportunity to seek out the house of their dreams.

Hundreds of homes up and down the country from Chichester to Morpeth open their doors as part of Strutt & Parker's Open House Day, allowing buyers to look at those houses that caught their eye.

Sellers benefit too. Large numbers of houses have sold as a direct result of viewings at previous Open House Days in the past. Sellers enjoy the event as it can stimulate competition between buyers, and equally all of the preparation for viewings can be coordinated into one day.

Year on year we have enjoyed watching the total amount of offers increase. Last year, the event generated over £77 million worth of offers across the UK. We have also seen many houses sell following an offer made on Open House Day.
