Strutt & Parker expands alternative capital markets team

Q4 2016

Strutt & Parker has appointed Alanna Peach as an associate in its alternative capital markets team

Miss Peach has joined Strutt & Parker from Cushman & Wakefield where she spent three years in their development team advising on the delivery of commercial and residential projects across central London and the south east. In her new role she will work across the spectrum of alternative assets to assist in identifying opportunities for development/investment in healthcare, retirement, hotel, student and build to rent projects.

Strutt & Parker’s alternative capital markets team was set up by Richard Harris last year to provide specialist advice on this expanding sector. The team is now five strong following the additions of Dylan Tudor Williams from Strutt & Parker’s property wealth management team and Greg Childs from Lambert Smith Hampton’s hotels team earlier this year.

Richard Harris, head of alternative capital markets at Strutt & Parker, said: “Alanna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our expanding team. The alternatives investment sector is now the second largest investment class and continues to grow in diversity as well as size. Our team has evolved to understand the complexities of the various markets within the sector and assist clients in realising and accessing the unique opportunities that it offers.”
