Surrounding Villages

  • Otford
    Nestling in the foot of the beautiful North Downs, Otford in a thriving village on the River Darent, a village full of history. With restaurants, pubs and recreation and sports facilities. Also, a mainline station serving London Victoria in 40 minutes.
  • Plaxtol
    Plaxtol is a popular picturesque Kentish village at the centre of the county’s hop growing fields. It has interesting Oast houses and charming brick-built cottages. The historic church sits in the middle of the village and the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding.
  • Ightham
    Ightham village is about 4 miles east of Sevenoaks and is famous for the nearby medieval manor of Ightham Mote (National Trust). Ightham is a traditional village with church, primary school, local pubs and plenty of countryside walks.
