What are your key areas of responsibility at Strutt & Parker?
I manage the Notting Hill Lettings office covering Notting Hill and Bayswater (W11 & W2). My key role is to value properties for the lettings market, my 10 years’ experience in the industry enables me to offer Landlord’s expert advice on all aspects of the lettings process. I also oversee the day to day running of the office to ensure that all of our lettings transitions run smoothly from start to finish.

What’s the best thing about your job?
I am extremely passionate about my job, I love finding tenants their dream home and achieving great results for our landlords. In particular, I enjoy meeting new people and viewing a wide variety of properties from studios to large family houses. I get great satisfaction from achieving the best possible results for our landlords who then go on to recommend Strutt & Parker to their friends and family.

What has been your proudest moment at Strutt & Parker?
Most recently we let a house in Notting Hill within two days of it being on the market when one of our competitors had been marketing the same property for two months.

What do you love about the town/city you work in?
I love the diversity of properties that are on offer in Notting Hill and Bayswater; from stucco fronted period terraces to cobbled mews houses and modern apartment blocks as well as the green open spaces of Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens.
