35 Cadogan Street
Senior Director, Head of Country DepartmentCountry Department
What are your key areas of responsibility at Strutt & Parker?
As head of the Country House Department, I am in charge of managing a hand picked team of the best estate agents in the country to handle the most important country homes in the United Kingdom. I assist the regional offices in winning these instructions, handling the marketing and promotion of these properties and overseeing the sale. I also make sure that this team provides a first rate service throughout, to increase market share and continue to raise the profile at the top end, making Strutt & Parker the agent of choice.
What’s the best thing about your job?
The people, the houses. Leading a team of motivated, energenic estate agents. The other members of Strutt & Parker that I rub shoulders with every day. Making a change for the better and therefore seeing things moving in a positive direction.
What has been your proudest moment at Strutt & Parker?
Winning instructions to sell Sir David and Lady Carina Frost's house in competition. Hearing positive comments about members of my team.
What do you love about the town/city you work in?
London is currently the busiest property city in the world. That’s exciting as we are in the middle of it. Running to work through Hyde Park with Household Cavalry riding past and people swimming in the lake. A great start to the day.
