What are your key areas of responsibility at Strutt & Parker?
Winning new business in the form of pitching to clients both old and new is the lifeline of our industry. Once we have done this, it is imperative that we continue to build and maintain these relationships going forward as this will no doubt result in other streams of revenue. Cross selling is one of our strengths here. Once we have won the instruction, we then have a duty of care to sell the property for the best possible price that the market can deliver. In terms of our level of service, client care is our top priority and we believe in building strong relationships with our clients through constant and open communication and honest feedback. This puts them in the best position to make an informed and educated decision when an offer comes in. Above all, being a brand ambassador for S&P by reflecting their visions and goals in our day to day roles because how you are perceived in the market place is probably the most crucial aspect to the overall success of your business.

What’s the best thing about your job?
Without a doubt, the people I meet every day. As no two persons are alike, this makes every encounter new and exciting. In addition to this, the type of individual that you are dealing with in this area tends to be captains of industry.
