Tess joined Strutt & Parker in 2014 to work on the sales of several high-profile luxury developments in Prime Central London. She now focuses on development consultancy, advising developers and landowners on optimising their product during the planning stages, and on sales and marketing strategy. Having lived and worked in London for 15 years with exposure to some of the Capital’s foremost development projects during that time, Tess is well-placed to assist clients in reaching and exceeding their commercial objectives. In her spare time, Tess is a keen artist and has publicly exhibited her botanical drawings. She unwinds at the weekends by walking her dog.
