Directions

From Chester take the A55 & M56 towards Manchester. Exit at Junction 10 and at the roundabout take the first turning on the left, signposted for Arley Hall & Gardens. At the first set of traffic lights turn right and continue for about 1.5 miles into Appleton Thorn. Turn right opposite the church into Arley Lane and follow the road towards the gated Estate entrance. Just before the gate, turn left onto a private lane. 1 Aesops Cottage is immediately on the right hand side closest to the wooden gates.
