The secluded location is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and overlooks the Royal Military Canal. The village has a post office, a pub and a primary school. Further amenities can be found in Ashford, Folkestone and Hythe, which between them provide excellent shopping, a choice of supermarkets and extensive leisure facilities.

Transport links in the area are excellent, with the M20 a short drive away and Ashford International providing High-speed rail services to London St Pancras (from 37 minutes). The area has good access to the Continent.

Directions

From M20 (Junction 11): Exit and join the A20. At the next roundabout take the second exit to stay on the A20. After 0.75 mile, turn left onto Stone Street and after a further mile, at the junction in Lympne, turn right onto Aldington Road. After 3.5 miles, turn left onto Gigger’s Green Road, then after 0.75 mile, take the lane on your left, just before the canal. Follow the lane for just over a mile, and you will arrive at the property.
