From the Strutt & Parker office in Chelmsford, exit the city via the A138 towards Witham. Continue along the A138 until you reach the Boreham Interchange, take the exit marked A12 towards Witham. Take the junction marked Witham and continue along the B1389 until you reach the Spar convenience store, then turn right onto Maltings Lane. Continue along Maltings Lane until the second roundabout, then turn right onto Maldon Road and at the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Blue Mills Hill. Continue along the road into Wickham Bishops and turn left onto Tiptree Road and at the end of the road turn left and take the immediate right onto Chapel Road. Continue until you reach Plains Rad and turn left. Stay on Plains Road until the end and turn right onto The Street. As you enter the Village of Little Totham you will come to a T junction, turn left onto Sawyers Road, Bakers Lane is the next right hand turning.
