Directions

Directions From Dundee take the A90 north. Turn left towards Tealing. Continue along this road for four miles and the private road leading to Balbeuchley Steading is on the left soon after the Balkello Community Woodland car park. To reach 8 Balbeuchley Steading take the left fork on the road and the property is the last house on the right with a large green gate.

Alternatively, easy access can be made from Dundee on the A923 to Muirhead, taking the B954 fork towards Newtyle and turn right at the Kirkton of Auchterhouse junction. Once through the village follow the Tealing Road for one mile until you see the Balbeuchley Steading sign on the right.
